Delete your CarMGT account.
Deleting your account permanently removes your sign-in credentials and everything stored for your account on Vemalit's servers. You can do it yourself, from inside the app.

Delete it from inside the app
This is the fastest route and needs no contact with us:
- Open CarMGT and go to Settings.
- Tap Cloud Sync.
- Tap Delete Account, then confirm with your password.
The confirmation step also offers to erase the garage stored on that device. That option is off by default, because your on-device records work without an account and are yours to keep — deleting the account does not require giving them up.
What gets deleted
- Your account and sign-in credentials (email address, or the Google account link).
- Every synced vehicle and maintenance record stored for your account, along with the deletion markers used to keep devices in step.
- The account's storage area itself.
This is immediate and permanent. There is no recovery window and no backup we can restore from, so export a backup first if you want to keep your records (Settings → Backup & Restore).
What is not affected
- Records held only on your device, unless you tick the erase option during confirmation. CarMGT keeps working without an account.
- Your Google Play purchase history and any CarMGT Pro subscription. Those are held by Google, not by us — manage or cancel a subscription in the Play Store.
- Support emails you have already sent us, which are kept as ordinary correspondence.
If you cannot reach the app
If you have lost the device or can no longer sign in, email [email protected] from the address on the account, with "account deletion request" in the subject. We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days, and will not ask you for a password.
